There are a great many internet resources on vegetarianism -- not only recipes and restaurant guides, but articles about the nutritional, medical, environmental, and ethical reasons for eating vegetable products only (or mainly). The mother of all vegetarian Web sites may well be the Vegetarian Pages, which state as their intention to be no less than "a definitive guide to what is available on the Internet for vegetarians, vegans and others."
This site, rated 4 stars by the McKinley Yellow Pages, contains links to numerous further Internet resources, for example Veggies Unite!, a Web site that features a searchable cookbook. For still more links, connect to the McKinley Magellan Internet Guide.
